Software your business owns. Built around how you actually work.

I replace paper, spreadsheets and repetitive admin with focused software and practical AI automation for Irish businesses. Built on your accounts, handed over with the code, and yours to keep.

30 minutes, plain English, no hard sell. If existing software is the better answer, I’ll tell you.

Real work

SiteClock · Operations software

See the labour going into every job.

Built for an Irish joinery firm with about 40 workers.

The bottleneck

Workers can move between two or three jobs in the same day. Paper timesheets showed total hours, but not how much labour each build had actually used. The owner needed job-level time so he could work out the labour cost of each build and compare it with the hours budgeted.

What SiteClock does

Workers clock in and switch jobs from a phone or site tablet. SiteClock records those hours against the right job, then brings live attendance, timesheet approval and payroll preparation into one place.

SiteClock screen comparing budgeted, actual, pending and remaining labour hours across joinery jobs.
Budgeted and actual labour hours, job by job.

Working features

  • Job-coded clock-ins from phones and site tablets
  • Each worker’s day split across the jobs they worked on
  • Budgeted versus actual labour hours visible job by job
  • Approved hours prepared for payroll export

Problems I fix

Where does the work get stuck?

You can’t see what each job is really taking.

Work moves between people, jobs and systems, but the useful numbers arrive too late to manage.

The same information is copied, chased and retyped.

Paper, spreadsheets, email and WhatsApp leave someone stitching the week together by hand.

The software you pay for still leaves a gap.

An off-the-shelf package covers most of the job, but the part that matters still needs a workaround.

How I help

Fix the workflow first. Choose the technology second.

You don’t need to know whether the answer is an app, an automation or an AI agent before we speak.

Replace paper and spreadsheets

I build focused software around the way your team already works—time tracking, job costing, scheduling, approvals, reporting and the awkward hand-offs between them.

Built on infrastructure you control, with the source code, data, documentation and keys handed over.

Automate repetitive admin

I connect the tools you already use and set up practical automations or AI agents to sort information, draft routine work, move data, prepare updates and handle follow-ups.

No custom app required. This can be a one-off setup using whichever AI provider you prefer. If you want continued improvements and new workflows, ongoing AI Partnership is optional.

Human approval stays in the loop where it matters.

How it works

One person accountable, from first call to handover.

I’m Jacob, founder of AI Built in Dublin. You deal directly with the person scoping and building the work.

My commercial background means I start with the bottleneck, the workflow and the payback—not the technology.

  1. Find the bottleneck

We spend 30 minutes mapping the work, the people involved and what the problem is costing in time, money or visibility.

  2. Agree the scope

I show you what I would change, what it will cost and what “done” means before I build.

  3. Build and hand over

I build on your accounts, test it with the people who will use it, and hand over the code, documentation and keys. Ongoing support is optional.

Built to reduce your risk. Yours to keep.

The commercial terms and technical setup are designed so you are never trapped with me.

Fixed scope before I build

You know what I’m building, what it costs and what “done” means before work starts.

No licence fee to AI Built

You pay for the agreed work. Hosting and third-party tools are paid by you directly; optional support is separate.

A complete handover

Your source code, data, documentation and keys stay with you, on accounts or infrastructure you control.

Support is your choice

Run it yourself, keep me involved or give the handover to another developer. Ending support does not take the system away.

The things people ask first.

Straight answers, no jargon. Still unsure? Ask me on the call.

Do I need a custom app?

Not necessarily. Sometimes an automation, an AI agent or an existing product is the better answer. I recommend the simplest option that solves the bottleneck.

Do I have to change the tools or AI provider I already use?

Usually not. I work around the systems you already have and use whichever suitable AI provider you prefer. There is no required vendor.

What exactly do I own—and what will I still pay for?

For custom work, you receive the source code, data, documentation and keys, deployed on accounts or infrastructure you control. You pay hosting and third-party providers directly; AI Built does not charge a licence fee for using what I built.

How long does a project take?

A first useful version is usually a matter of weeks. The exact scope, price and timeline are agreed in writing before work begins.

What happens after launch?

I test the system, show your team how to use it and complete the handover. You can run it yourself, keep me for optional support or bring in another developer.
